I need a rigorous structural analysis for a new commercial building. The architectural plans are already set; my only concern now is verifying that every primary and secondary element can safely carry the required gravity and lateral loads.
Your task is to run a full load-bearing capacity study, apply the governing load combinations from the current code (IBC 2021 or equivalent), and highlight any members that exceed acceptable utilisation ratios. I do not require blueprint creation or material take-offs—just the calculations, clear documentation, and concise recommendations if reinforcement or section changes are necessary.
Deliverables
• Complete calculation package in PDF plus editable source files
• Executive summary of critical findings and required adjustments
• Mark-ups on the existing drawings showing any recommended changes
