I'm seeking a professional floor plan designer to create a detailed layout for a mixed-use commercial building, approximately 1,700 sq. ft. This building will house both retail and office spaces, so the design must cater to both functionalities.
Key Requirements:
- The floor plan should encompass the entire building, with a suitable distribution of office spaces, meeting rooms and a reception area.
- The retail section needs to be primarily open space, accommodating various displays and customer flows, without predetermined structures like checkout counters or display shelves.
- The office spaces should be functional, promoting productivity and collaboration.
