Commercial I-Beam & Roof Upgrade
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to renovate a commercial building of roughly 5,000–10,000 sq ft and need a straightforward structural plan. The job is to replace the existing I-beams and uprights, then cap the frame with a new metal roof.
What I need at this stage is intentionally lean:
• A basic blueprint that pinpoints beam sizes, upright specs, and their connections
• Load and span calculations that confirm the design meets local code for a commercial structure
• A simple layout for the metal roof panels, including fastener spacing and flashing notes
• A brief bill of materials
