Commercial Architectural Drawings Needed

I need an experienced draftsman to create architectural drawings for a commercial project. The project is currently in the conceptual design stage.

Deliverables required:
- Layout Plans
- 3D Renderings
- Elevation Drawings

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of commercial architectural requirements
- Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D renderings and elevation drawings
- Experience in conceptual design phase
