Commercial Architectural Drawings Creation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We have existing architectural drawings that need to be reworked into updated floor plans and elevations. This project involves creating commercial building architectural drawings from existing blueprints. The ideal freelancer for this task should have:
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Extensive experience with commercial building designs
- Competence with the International Building Code 2012 for Indiana.
The floor plan and elevations will need to be developed according to my direction in a provided video. In terms of interior design, the floor plan will need to accommodate office layouts, retail space arrangements and common areas. The level of detail required in the elevations is quite basic, only needing outlines and dimensions, so the freelancer does not need to plan for materials and finishes or fixtures and furnishings.
