Combo Shed sauna building for back yard

I am looking for an architect that can design a modern building on slab foundation that I plan to build myself. It will be a single building with a wall separating the sauna portion and the shed portion. The sauna will be smaller sq footage vs the shed. The sauna will have a standard door and the shed will have a barn door. It will have a flat roof or nearly flat and be either metal or TPO or similar. I am not going to permit this building so doesn’t necessarily need full blown engineering. I would love a full material list with construction drawings. Final dimensions to be determined . An example of design I like is attached in the pictures - Den , sauna plans. This is just the sauna though and I want both shed and sauna and larger footprint.
