Colorado-Licensed Architect for Townhouse Project in Fraser, Colorado

We are a modular housing company seeking a Colorado-licensed architect to support our upcoming townhouse project in Fraser, Colorado.
Scope of Work:
- Act as the Architect of Record for permit submission.
- Review and stamp architectural drawings prepared by our design team.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado state building codes and local Fraser/Grand County requirements.
- Provide guidance on IRC/IBC, fire separation, snow load considerations, and energy code compliance.
- Coordinate with our engineers (structural, MEP) as needed.
Requirements:
- Active architectural license in Colorado.
- Experience with residential projects (Townhouses, Single-family, or Modular housing preferred).
- Familiarity with IRC, IECC, and local Colorado amendments.
- Ability to communicate and review drawings remotely.
Deliverables:
- Stamped architectural drawings suitable for submission.
- Consultation during the permit process.
