Coffee House Architectural Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of professional commercial building plans for a coffee house. The plans should cover the kitchen and barista counter as well as the restrooms.
In addition to the architectural layouts, I require detailed designs for the following systems:
- Electrical Layout: Comprehensive schematics covering power distribution, lighting and equipment.
- Plumbing Design: Layout for water supply, drainage and fixtures in the kitchen, barista counter and restrooms.
- HVAC Design: Plans for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure comfort for customers and staff.
Ideal candidates for this project should be experienced architects or engineers with a strong portfolio in commercial building design, specifically in the food and beverage sector. Excellent understanding of relevant building codes and standards is a must. Must be Ohio Licensed.
