Clean Up CAD Electrical Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in 2D CAD Electrical Drawings. The project involves cleaning up Single Line Electrical Drawings, according to specific guidelines provided by me. The key is to convert the drawings using the provided Block References. The expected delivery is the same single given template, in dwg, with all the drawings and information from the old dwg, cleaned up and converted to the template format.
The activity is specific, but not complex. It is expected to be completed in a day.
Basic Clean up of drawings:
- Convert all Lines to Polylines and Circles,
- Convert all Texts to MText,
- Convert the drawings to a given size in Model Size,
- Convert all typical symbols to the given Block References,
- Move all element to 4 layers, A1 (Architecture), E1 (Electrical 1), E2 (Electrical 2), Defpoints, 0.
Symbolic Clean up of drawings:
- Convert old drawings to a requested new drawing format,
- Separate and arrange each Single Line Drawing in the Model,
- Separate and present each Single Line Drawing into separate Layouts (a total of 18 sheets aprox. for the uploaded drawings), with a requested given Sheet Template,
- Place references of every Single Line Drawings according Tag Number for each of them.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD,
- Expertise in cleaning up CAD electrical drawings,
- Minimum experience with basic spanish words, since the drawings are in spanish
- Minimum experience with electrical project, to understand the details of the related electrical installation and the devices used.
Besides the requested activity and if everything is completed according the guidelines, further ideas on how to improve the drawings according the own experience of the professional will be welcome and appreciated.
