Clean AutoCAD drawing and pen assignment

I'm only after tidying up the layers and pen assignment for this file.
A drawing was copied from another file and essentially messed up the file
a lot of the layers won't show when I try to print.
Red and blue need to be thick and showing as this is a waterproofing design drawing
