Civil Plan for Office Space in Bunnell, FL

I'm seeking an experienced civil engineer to create a detailed plan for a single-story commercial building I'm developing in Bunnell, FL. The structure will be utilized as office space.
Key Tasks:
Utilizing the current design IF POSSIBLE, Create official stamped plans that include the stormwater, parking and landscaping that can be sent in for permit. Everyone I have found locally is too busy to take on such a small task, they are working on major housing developments. I have already obtained clearance from Saint Johns River Water Management (see attached).
Create
- Develop a comprehensive parking lot design that is suitable for the intended purpose and adheres to local regulations.
- Design landscaping that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the property but also ensures the sustainability and functionality of the green spaces.
- Implement an effective stormwater management system that meets the requirements of the local governing bodies.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of local and state regulations.
- Proven track record in designing commercial properties, preferably office spaces.
