Civil Engineering for RV Park Construction

I'm seeking a skilled civil engineer with expertise in site construction plans for a 20-24 site RV park on undeveloped land. The primary goal is to secure all necessary permits to build/break ground. Topo Graphic Survey to be completed in 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan for the RV park construction.
- Ensure the site construction plans include adequate utility connections, a basement (storm shelter) building, a containment pond,
- Secure SCDOT (South Carolina Department of Transportation) permits for driveway and utility encroachments.
- Design water and sewer lines, including transportation from each site to the septic field and coordinating placement of the septic field.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Civil engineering degree with a focus on site construction.
- Extensive experience in designing RV parks or similar projects.
- Proven track record of securing necessary construction permits.
- Proficient in water and sewer line design.
- Knowledge of SCDOT regulations and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
