Civil 3D Designer Needed for Subdivision
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a talented Civil 3D designer to assist with a short plat subdivision project. If I'm happy with your work, there will be more projects in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed site plans
- Designing utility layouts
I have existing site data available in PDF documents. Also city provided GIS data and Utility viewer. You will need to convert these into CAD files for use in the project.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with Civil 3D
- A strong understanding of site planning and utility layout design
- Ability to work with and convert PDF data into CAD files
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Deliverables:
• Civil 3D drawings for:
o Existing lot.
o Subdivided lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2) with all required details.
o Buildable area, setbacks, easements, driveways, and utility locations.
• Completion of the zoning compliance table with calculated details.
• All drawings must be compliant with the Redmond Zoning Code and Site Plan Standards.
