Civil CAD Lisp Report Commands

I want to extend my-office AutoCAD Civil workflow with a set of bespoke LISP drawing commands that can mine our civil drawings for data and instantly turn that data into clear, formatted reports.

Here is what I have in mind:
• The work is pure custom-command development in AutoLISP / Visual LISP, not simple task automation.
• Each command will run inside vanilla AutoCAD 2021 (and newer) as well as Civil 3D 2021.
• When invoked, the command must scan the current drawing, collect object properties I will specify (layers, polylines, spot levels, block attributes, etc.), then output them to either a CSV or an on-screen table—whichever is cleaner for the drawing in question.

I will provide:
• Sample DWG files that illustrate the exact objects and attributes to be captured
• A short specification of the report layout and export options
• A small test suite so we can quickly confirm results

Success for me means:
1. The LISP loads cleanly with no warnings.
2. The new command finishes on drawings up to 30 MB in under 20 seconds.
3. The generated report matches the sample template and passes the test suite.

A developer already comfortable with Civil drawing structures, object enablers, and VLISP should find the scope straightforward. I prefer to work with someone based in India for easier time-zone collaboration, and I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones and code-review checkpoints.
