Civil 3D and AutoCAD drafting services

I started my civil engineering company in the US (Georgia) about a year ago and am a very slow Civil 3D user (old and out of practice). I would like to outsource CAD drafting in the future and would like to build a business relationship within a freelance model. I am willing to work with someone located anywhere in the world as long as you are a an advanced user of Civil 3D, can work in standard units, and have strong English skills. I would also entertain Microstation Openroads experience as I build my Transportation practice.
