Chemical Plant Piping Layout Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete piping layout designed and drafted for a new chemical-processing unit we’re adding to our plant. The scope is limited to the piping system—no equipment sizing or process optimisation—just a clean, code-compliant layout that integrates with the existing process equipment and utilities.
You’ll start from my PFD, equipment list, and preliminary tie-in points. Using your preferred CAD platform (AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant, or similar), generate:
• General arrangement drawings showing routing, elevations, and spacing
• Isometrics with bill of materials and weld counts
• Updated line list reflecting any new specs or revisions
All drawings must meet standard chemical-industry practices (ANSI/ASME B31.3) and fit within the space constraints I’ll provide. Deliver the native CAD files plus PDFs ready for internal review.
I’ll be available for quick clarifications and a midpoint check to keep the work on track. Once the final package passes our internal 3-D clash check, the job is considered complete.
