Change Footing design

I am in need of a freelancer to help me with some work on my footing design. I currently have a concrete footing design, but I have some cost-related issues that I would like to address. To do this, I'm looking for someone to help me choose and implement another type of concrete design. The ideal candidate should have experience working with concrete in a construction or engineering settings, as well as knowledge of the latest advances in structural design.
