Certified Tri-Unit Structural Report

I need a licensed structural engineer to visit a residential tri-unit property in North Little Rock, Arkansas and certify its overall soundness. The city has asked for an official assessment, so the final report must be stamped and acceptable to the local building department.

During the inspection please focus on three key areas the city highlighted: foundation stability, all load-bearing walls, and roof integrity. I do not have blueprints or historic calculations, so measurements, sketches, and any nondestructive testing you consider necessary will have to be taken on site.

Deliverables
• Written, signed, and professionally stamped report (PDF + two hard copies) summarising findings on foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof, with clear pass/fail conclusions and any remediation advice.
