Description:

We are seeking a certified structural engineer to prepare detailed structural drawings for a 27m² residential addition. The project includes footing and slab details, and must comply with energy efficiency standards.

Scope of Work:

Provide certified structural drawings for:
Footings
Slab
Roof structure (assess if a roof beam is required)
Ensure compliance with local building codes and energy efficiency requirements.
Coordinate with the provided architectural floor plan (attached).
Incorporate the following construction details:
External walls: Aliso double bricks with Midland Limestone Hue finish.
Internal walls: 290 x 90 mm, flush for painting (no plastering).
Optional internal walls: Blue boards on Lyshat.
Roof: Metal roof.
Deliverables:

Certified structural drawings in PDF and CAD formats.
Energy efficiency compliance documentation.
Any required engineering calculations or certifications.
