Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a certified structural engineer to modify and stamp my design drawings for a single family one floor structure and a detached garage, ensuring they meet Clermont County, Ohio building codes. The scope of work is only for engineering drawings and certified stamp.
The project involves a 1985 square foot house with 2 bedrooms, a walk-out unfinished basement, and a 40 foot x 30 foot garage with an upper floor containing one bedroom.
Key Requirements:
- Add necessary structural engineering details to the drawings, including foundation specifics, load-bearing wall specifications, and roof and floor
framing plans.
- Use of specified materials (concrete and wood) in the structural details.
- The entire house needs to be certified by the State of Ohio.
Ideal Candidates:
- Must be a certified structural engineer for the state of Ohio.
- Must be listed on the state of Ohio's certified engineers website.
- Experience with residential structures and familiarity with Clermont County building codes is preferred.
