Certified Solar Design for 37.5kw Array

I'm looking for an Australian Clean Energy Council certified solar designer to provide a certified design for a 37.5kw ground mounted solar array. This array will be connected to a 30kw grid feed inverter.
I have all necessary documentation prepared, including:
- Certified design for the support frame
- Details of the solar panels and inverter
- Exact distances and location on the site
- Details of the main switch board and smart meter
- Distances and cable sizes from MSB to grid transformer
- Numerous photos of the site
- Council planning permit and building permit
- Network provider approvals for 37.5 grid feed installation
The main aspect that needs your expertise is ensuring the design complies with local regulations.
The layout design should be provided as a 2D detailed plan. Ideal candidates for this project should be well-versed in solar design, have a strong understanding of local regulations, and be able to deliver meticulous 2D plans.
