FL Certified Landscape Architect Needed

I'm seeking a certified landscape architect in Florida to design and stamp a simple residential landscape plan. An AutoCAD file is available.

Requirements:
- Design and stamp a landscape plan
- Residential property
- Incorporate specified garden areas
- Use specific plants or trees provided by me

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Certification and experience as a landscape architect in Florida
- Strong knowledge of County requirements
