NC Certified Construction Plan Merge

I have an original set plans that were done for me by someone else on online, but the hvac system was designed for an open ceiling and I have a flat ceiling ,so I had them redone and I need them stamped for approval in NC. Really need the whole thing stamped by the same engineer ,also need to change the door and window openings size.
