Carport for Solar

Hi, I have a carport design for roof top solar that I need engineered to satisfy code requirements of zip code 92225. I would need whatever documents are necessary to apply for permits in the City of Blythe. Please see attached file and let me know how much it will cost for you to design the carport. I included the carport design and solar quote that lists the equipment.
