Carport Engineering Blue Prints

We rebuilt a carport that was knocked due to Hurricane Ian. We just found out that apparently we need engineering blue prints for this carport. I have pictures and drawing with specs. I need to hire someone who can draw up blue prints to apply for a permit for Lee Building / North Fort Myers, FL
