I have a set of exact measurements for a wooden, cantilevered roof that will sit over a community mailbox cluster. I need those figures turned into clear, build-ready CAD drawings.
Scope
• Translate my dimensions into a detailed 2D plan and elevation.
• Model the structure in 3D so mounting, overhang, and drainage angles are unambiguous.
• Call out lumber sizes, joinery, hardware, and any flashing or weatherproofing details appropriate for exterior wood construction.
• Supply files in DWG/DXF plus a print-ready PDF sheet set.
I will provide a rough sketch, photos of the site, and the exact mailbox footprint once we start. Please base the design strictly on a cantilevered support system—no posts in front of the mailboxes. A short revision cycle to fine-tune clearances and aesthetics is expected.
Experience with small exterior structures and wood framing will be valued.
