Redraw Hospital Floor Plan and Prepare Full BOQ for Refurbishment
Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled architectural draftsman and quantity surveyor to undertake a two-part project involving the third floor of Children's Hospital, Lahore, Cancer Ward.
Scope of Work:
1) Redraw Existing Drawing (PDF to CAD/clean format)
Redraw the floor plan from the attached “DIAGNOSTIC BLOCK 3rd Floor – Model” PDF file.
Reproduce all room labels, dimensions, doors, ducts, toilets, and annotations clearly and accurately.
Deliver in CAD (DWG) and high-quality PDF formats.
2) Prepare Full BOQ for Refurbishment Works
Based on the redrawn layout, prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a complete refurbishment of the floor.
BOQ should include floor finishes, wall tiling (4ft high, excluding door areas), ceilings, painting, joinery, mechanical/electrical points, and other typical hospital renovation works.
Use the attached BOQ_Cancer_Block.xlsx as a format and reference standard. The structure, categories, and measurement units should match this reference.
Include all rooms and spaces shown in the drawing with itemised quantities and area breakdowns.
Deliverables:
Redrawn floor plan in DWG and PDF formats
Editable Excel-format BOQ (based on Cancer Block BOQ)
Optional: Annotated plan showing finishes (if applicable)
Ideal Freelancer:
Lahore based
Proficient in architectural drafting (AutoCAD or equivalent)
Experienced in quantity surveying or BOQ preparation
Able to interpret architectural plans and convert from PDF
