Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The services will be comprised of architectural, structural, mechanical and
electrical review of existing documents and provide sealed letters stating the
existing facility is code compliant to attain approval from the state fire marshal.
TAP will also need to coordinate the existing mechanical design and layout with
the existing building layout.
SCOPE / CONTRACT DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:
The scope of work will include the following:
- Provide site plan showing the boundaries of the property,
location of structures on property and the proper fire lanes
for the site layout
- Exterior Elevations
- Provide Code / Egress plan
- Coordinate mechanical plans with interior layout
- Provide application and issue to Fire Marshal
- Consult with engineers on signed letters
- Site visits by each discipline to inspect facility
