California PE Stamp for ADU
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
All of the drawings, details, and structural calculations for my prefab accessory dwelling unit are ready to go—I simply need a California-licensed civil engineer to review them and add a professional stamp and signature. The project is a residential ADU that will be rented out, so the city’s submittal package must be airtight.
Scope
I will email you the full PDF set (plans, calcs, and any supporting documents). After your review, I’m looking for your digital stamp and signature on the sheets that require it, along with a short review letter confirming code compliance.
Deliverables
• Digitally stamped and signed plan set in PDF
• One-page review/approval letter (PDF)
• Any minor redline comments, if needed, returned in the same file
Acceptance Criteria
• Stamp must reference an active California PE license in civil engineering
• Signature and date must be applied to every sheet that bears the stamp
• Files returned within the agreed timeline and ready for direct upload to the city’s permit portal
Everything will be handled electronically—no in-person or portal logins are necessary on your end. If you have questions during review, I’m available for a quick call or email.
