California-Licensed Structural Engineer for Revision and Stamping
Budget: $625 – $1,250 USD
We are seeking an experienced California-licensed Structural Engineer (P.E.) to provide revisions, calculations, and a report with diagrams of shear walls for a completed two-story multifamily project in Chula Vista. The project is designed under the 2022 CBC and ASCE 7-16 standards. The scope includes reviewing the existing work, making necessary revisions, and providing a stamped and signed structural package.
Responsibilities:
- Review and revise structural plans and calculation packages.
- Provide gravity, wind, and seismic design updates for wood-frame systems as needed.
- Prepare diagrams of shear walls with detailed calculations.
- Stamp and sign the final structural package.
Qualifications:
- Active California P.E. license.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in multifamily projects.
- Skilled in RISA, Enercalc, or similar tools.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
