California Commercial Steel Stair Design

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to design floating stairs and a rooftop railing system for a project in Southern California. For the stairs, we have 7 typical cases, one set of stairs for each villa in this Bed & Breakfast estate. For the rooftop railing, we are looking for 1 design/system for the whole project. A combination of steel framing and a possible wood composite would probably be best. We are open to suggestions nonetheless. All the best, -Maani
