Calculation for Steel Structure and AutoCAD Drawing Update

I have attached a picture of my requirement for a steel platform structure to keep an industrial dry cooler of 8 ton weight and 24x7 operation.

I am looking for an experienced structural engineer who can calculate and design the structure on AutoCAD and provide detailed specification for the fabricators to build.

I would like to discuss the requirement and clarify over the chat or a call once project is awarded. Please bid on this project only if you are well experienced in such steel structural works.

Scope
You’ll start from the architectural layout and basic loading information I provide, then develop a complete framing model and drawing set. Because no proprietary standard has been prescribed, please apply recognized industry codes to size members, design connections, and specify welding or bolting details.

Deliverables
• Native AutoCAD (.dwg) files with organized layers for beams, columns, bracing, and connection plates
• PDF sheets ready for issue, including framing plans, elevations, sections, and critical connection details
• A concise calculation package or design report outlining load assumptions, code references, member checks, and connection verifications
• A material take-off summarizing steel weights for procurement

Acceptance criteria
All drawings must regenerate cleanly in AutoCAD 2018 or newer, dimensions must be to scale, and every member shown must correspond to a calculation in the design report. I’ll review within 12 hours of delivery and return any comments for maximum 2 round of revisions.
