Cafe Floor Plan for Liquor Permit
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
An existing Cafe that is applying for a Liquor Permit needs an electronic copy of PDF plans as follows:
- Red line plan (drawn to a scale of 1:100 and dimensioned) including the premises address, a north
point, names of the surrounding streets, the proposed license area/s to be outlined in red,
measurements of area/s to be licensed (including storage area/s) and show basic functions or
fixtures (including shelf area/s where alcohol is displayed, cash register, counter etc.).
- A site analysis plan detailing the proximity of the premises to residential properties, including
details of doors, windows and open space areas on all residential properties abutting the site.
- A site plan detailing all areas to be used by patrons of the premises, including areas adjacent to the
boundaries of the site used in association with the licensed premises, i.e. outdoor seating, public
spaces, footpaths and car parking areas.
- Plans detailing the existing and proposed layout of the premises, including all external windows
and doors, the total number of patrons to be accommodated on the premises, the allocation of
patrons to identified areas, and the location of waste storage areas.
I have attached a copy of a floor plan, drawn up by a patron, that was used to get a temporary liquor licence, but it will need to be to the above specifications.
A site visit will be necessary to Black Rock, VIC, Australia.
