Cad drawing

I'm looking for an experienced CAD draftsperson to create a detailed 2D drawing based on very simple floor plan measurement / photos and specifications I'll provide. It is an office + warehouse approximately 260 square meter. 2 levels. The type of drawing I need is an architectural floor plan drawing. I have all of the required detailed photos, measurement and specifications ready to go, and am looking for someone who can accurately convert them into a 2D design, file needs to be saved as CAD file. This desired level of detail is to be medium-high - I'm looking for careful attention to detail and precision. It is important to me to find someone who is experienced in architectural drawings and can ensure that the design meets all of my specifications.
