Cad drafter for fire alarm

I'm looking for a Cad drafter to develop a fire alarm system for an entire building or complex. The drafter must be proficient with AutoCAD software and able to work with a variety of components (if necessary). This also involves interpretation of the building layout and code compliance. The project must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems. Additionally, the drafter must have the ability to clearly communicate with the other trades, contractors, and other stakeholders who may be involved with this project.
