Cad design for 4x4 mudflap sets for start up company

I am looking for a CAD designer to help develop a 4x4 mud flap design for my start up company. I have 3 different patterns for the mudflaps. The desired materials for the mudflaps are aluminum and polyurethane rubber. I have some designs drawn up and general preferences in terms of over size dimensions and design requirements for the mudflaps, but i need assistance with working out the other measurements to make the mudflap look like my drawings. Lastly, I will need the design files to be compatible with SolidWorks CAD software. Your expertise and recommendations in helping our startup company would be greatly appreciated.
