Cabin foundation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an engineer stamped foundation plan for a cabin i want to build.
I want to put it on cement pads with cement bkock piers. The cabin is 16x40, 1 story.
My plan was to dig 36" deep holes 12" in diameter, spaced 8' apart, around the perimeter. Then put cement blocks on top of the pads, similar to how a mobile home is set.
