Cabana Plans drafting, engineering calculations & MEP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already sketched my backyard cabana by hand and now need it turned into a clean, permit-ready drawing package. The job covers three parts that must come together seamlessly: redrafting my sketches into clear architectural sheets, developing full MEP plans, and completing the engineering calculations that the city will ask for at submission.
Here is what I expect back from you:
• Architectural sheets: redrawn from my hand sketches, fully dimensioned, properly labeled, and laid out on title blocks ready for printing.
• MEP plans
• Engineering calculations
• A single PDF set plus individual CAD files, all formatted to current California code standards and ready to upload to the city’s permit portal.
Accuracy and readability are critical, knowledge and adherence to California building codes is must. I will provide the existing sketches, site information, and any manufacturer data you need as soon as we start.
