I am seeking an experienced CNC programmer, specifically with proficiency in laser machines used for cutting steel pipes.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with CNC programming for laser machines.
- Experience and understanding of G-Code is essential.
- The ability to work with unidentified software as it was not disclosed.
Ideal candidates should be comfortable working with undefined software, able to troubleshoot and adjust to specific project needs. Prior experience with general machining is beneficial.
We have purchased 2 x laser machines but have received no after purchase support, so we don't know how to troubleshoot programs. I have a specific program that I will attach. When it runs, the laser should cut 2 x sections approximately 2-2.5m long, however it will also try to go into a 3rd cutting section and we need to manually stop it each time.
We don't know enough about programming to debug the code.
