CAD services for residential home

I need plans developed for a residential home to use to solicit pricing for construction of various trades. Have a floor plan that just need to be formalized. Foundation and electrical layout and materials list a plus. Knowledge of current building code in Maine important. Will share plan if selected to get estimate of hours.
