CAD layout for a residential art gallery wall
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The photos show the wall and staircase with a prior gallery arrangement of pictures. The sketch gives dimensions. The Excel file catalogs each piece of artwork, its dimensiona, and characteristics.
There will be 18" of white space on the edges, which is also depicted in the photo and noted on the sketch.
However, the white space along the bottom is optional and may be used to hang pictures if needed.
To the best extent possible, please group the pictures by Category and those noted as "Group Together" should be close to each other.
If there is a "Yes" in the column "Must be within eye level", please position it so it is between 48" and 72" from the bottom of the wall.
All dimensions shown are inches. There is about 13,836 square inches of pictures and about 17,285 square inches of wall space. Depending on how you lay out the white space between the pictures, there may not be room for every picture. Items noted as "low" priority can be eliminated.
Output will be a pdf file that shows: a) the location of each picture in its predominant color b) a measurement of the horizontal centerline of each picture from the south baseline (the baseline is just north of the 18" white space) c) dimensions of the top of each picture from the wall's top.
