CAD landscape designer

A few different scenarios - We meet with prospects and need to provide them a finished plan to sell the job; We have sold the project and need to submit plan / drawing to HOA for approval; We have larger commercial builders that need plan / design for model home projects - we have design rough sketched by hand, we needed it converted into a clean format that can be easily send to customers, and used by our workers when doing the job I need a draftsman type person who has some basic knowledge of landscape design, not someone trying to recreate Versailles and provide dreams to folk, like so many landscape architects portend to do. Take the examples below and be able to create and quickly turn around a more polished plan
