3D CAD for House Detailed Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
We need an experienced Design/Drafter to prepare 3D general arrangement and detailed design drawings for a house we are building.
Some initial 2D and 3D CAD work has been done in AutoCad; this needs to be reviewed and corrected. The design is then to be progressed to a completed design including rendered 3D views positioned on the site and detail design drawings suitable for construction.
Concept design drawings of the basic house are attached.
Further concept design development will include:
- change carport to enclosed garage
- additional ground level rooms including laundry, bathroom, recreation room
- additional rooms on the western side to create a better entry to the building
- studio apartment (in roof) above the main dwelling
- roof design to suit
Following completion of the concept designs, detailed 3D and 2D drawings are to be prepared for submission to Council for a building permit.
The Designer is not expected to be familiar with the local statuatory requirements but must liase with the Client throughout the design process to ensure key issues are addressed in the design.
Existing CAD files for the building at attached and concept design sketches for the additional works will be provided to the successful bidder.
