CAD drawings, storm water report, site servicing plan report in ontario

I'm looking for experienced CAD draftsmen to create Civil I have all the details already worked out, and will provide them, so the freelancer's job is to create the drawings and reports to my specifications. In addition, I also have need of a Storm Water Report, Site Servicing for the same project. By working with me on this project, you'll get the chance to show your expertise in CAD drawings along with the more technical aspects of storm water and site service reporting.
