I am seeking a highly skilled CAD technician to assist with a building survey. The technician will be responsible for drawing plans, elevations, and sections from 3D pointcloud data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert 3D pointcloud data into detailed CAD drawings
- Create comprehensive plans, elevations and sections

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with CAD software
- Proficiency in interpreting and converting 3D pointcloud data
- Prior experience with building survey CAD drawings

Final Deliverables:
- The CAD files must be submitted in DWG format
- Drawings must adhere to specific standards and guidelines which will be provided
