CAD Subdivision Plan Creation

I'm looking for a professional who can create a basic subdivision plan in CAD for a property I have. The plan should include all lot dimensions. I have a base map in PDF format that will need to be utilized. The finished product should be able to be converted to a PDF for overlay onto Google Earth.

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience in creating subdivision plans
- Ability to work with PDF base maps
- Knowledge of converting CAD files for Google Earth
