We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Virtual Assistant - CAD Drawer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a full library of precise technical drawings of various wall types for residential and commercial construction projects. The focus will be on single brick & double brick walls, steel-framed walls, and wooden-framed walls for single-storey, two-storey, and multi-storey buildings.
The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of construction methods and connection details specific to these wall types.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed CAD drawings of double brick walls, steel-framed walls, and wooden-framed walls.
Provide clear technical drawings for residential and commercial buildings, including connection details.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and industry standards for single-storey, two-storey, and multi-storey structures.
Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work.
Revise drawings as required, based on feedback and project needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating CAD drawings for the construction industry.
Strong understanding of double brick, steel-framed, and wooden-framed wall construction.
Familiarity with connection details and construction methods for residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working on multi-storey buildings.
Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
Work Setup:
