CAD/Sketchup designer to create a 3D model of residential interiors/copy typing

My client is doing a whole house renovation and 2-story addition. This is a shotgun style home and 1,100 SF. I have a 2D plan already made but I need a conceptual 3D plan created with the personal preferences, materials, and finishes. This house include kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a roof top patio.

I only have some personal preference items selected/approved and would like to start with those first. Then once more are approved conceptualize those.
