CAD Site Analysis Mapping
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an environmental Mitigation Plan underway with 20 to 30 maps that require updating to reflect a revised property boundary and other minor updates. I can provide the CAD files for these maps. The base drawing should be set up in AutoCAD (or a fully compatible alternative) and delivered both in the native .dwg format and as a layered PDF for quick review.
The finished file must be to scale, with an intuitive layer structure and clear, concise annotation. If you normally rely on GIS data or aerial imagery for base reference, that suits me fine as long as sources are cited within the drawing notes.
Once you return the first revised figure, I’ll mark up any edits directly in the pdf to ensure we are on the same page before updating other maps.
Final deliverables:
• 1× .DWG file (all layers unlocked)
• 1× PDF export (A1 size, print-ready)
Looking forward to seeing how efficiently you can turn the raw data into a readable, professional site analysis.
