CAD Revision and Optimization for Nasal Inhaler Design

I’m looking for an experienced CAD professional to revise and optimize an existing design for a nasal inhaler. The current design requires adjustments to ensure proper alignment of parts, reduce wall thickness, and improve specific components. Additionally, the roll-on area, which includes a small ball, must be optimized to prevent oil leakage from the tank. This may involve designing a counterpart that ensures a secure seal.
Key tasks include:
- Fixing alignment issues between parts.
- Reducing wall thickness to meet design specifications.
- Optimizing and improving specific components based on feedback.
- Designing and optimizing the roll-on area with a sealing mechanism to prevent oil leakage.
The existing CAD file will be provided for review, and I’m open to suggestions or estimates after evaluating the scope of work. The final deliverables should include updated CAD files ready for prototyping or manufacturing.
